Spoiler-free Review:
If you are not disgusted by blood because this book is all about blood and death. Well you could probably assume this because murders are usually bloody and well they cause death right? This book is authors debut novel and she made a fantastic job writing this book. It had some flaws but they didn't really bother me that much. The book begins with you not knowing anything and it can be a little bit confusing. It's like being pushed in the sea without knowing how to swim, you need to figure it out by yourself. There were quite a few plot twist but most of them could be predictable. Personally I really ship Meadow and Zephyr although they didn't show any romantic interest in each other. Currently I'm about ¼ into the second book but at this very moment I still prefer the first book. There just wasn't any plot twists or interesting things happening yet. I really can't wait to see how it all ends. I was and I am listening to the audio version on Audible.com (no this post is not sponsored) but I really don't like the narrator of Meadow. In my opinion her voice sounded like she was forced to do it, like she was sick of everything. I really like the cover it's kind of simple but still interesting.
